Our process is quite simple – if you are located in our Area of Serviceand can place a minimum order, chances are you can become a customer. Simply proceed to Customer Inquiriesand complete the contact information. A complimentary catalog will be mailed to you along with information about becoming a customer and an application. Upon receipt of your completed form, your account will be set up in our system. A customer service representative will contact you with information about your order and delivery schedule and any other necessary information to help get you started.
